Cancellation Policy
Full Refund only if you call to cancel within 24 hours prior to your scheduled day and time. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
nPLEASE NOTE- Weight limits are strict.These are safety based. If you or one of your group members is over 230 pounds you must call to discuss prior to booking.
nWe can often accommodate for higher weights but this must be pre-approved by telephone.
nIf you arrive and are weighing in over this limit of 230 you may be turned away from the tour and your fully paid charges will not be refunded.
