Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license (U.S. or international) is required to operate a scooter.
Health & Fitness: Guests must be physically capable of operating a scooter safely. Not recommended for individuals with recent injuries, mobility issues, or medical conditions that may affect driving.
Alcohol & Drugs: Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
Weather: Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions.
Behavior: Reckless or unsafe riding may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
