72-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. (The Picnic Deck requires more preparation time than standard tours).
nLate Cancellations (Less than 72 hours): No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation, as the spot and resources have already been allocated.
nNo-Shows: If you do not arrive by your scheduled time, the reservation is forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
