⏱️ Check-In: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation for check-in and safety instructions. Late arrivals may result in shortened activity time.

Restrictions
🚫 No Pets Allowed: Due to space and safety constraints on the kayak, pets are not permitted for this specific experience.
Weight Limit: Maximum combined weight capacity for the double kayak is 500 lbs.
Alcohol Policy: Participants must be 18+ to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to verify ID and refuse service if guests appear intoxicated.
Safety Boundaries: Guests must stay within the designated navigation zones explained during the briefing.

Cancellation Policy
72-Hour Notice: Because this experience includes fresh food (charcuterie), you must cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
nLate Cancellations: Within 72 hours of the reservation, the food is already prepared and the spot allocated; therefore, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
nWeather Authority: The company is the sole authority in deciding if weather conditions require a cancellation. If the company remains operational and the guest chooses not to show up due to rain, it will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.
nNo-Shows: If you do not arrive at your scheduled time, the booking is forfeited without a refund.
