Rental Duration:
Flexible Options: Choose between 1-hour or 2-hour rentals directly in the booking menu.
Availability:
Daily: From 10:00 AM until 5:00pm. (Subject to weather conditions and availability).

Includes
Pre-Launch Lesson: A brief instructional class on paddling and balance before you start.
Self-Guided Rental: Use of a premium paddleboard and paddle.
Safety Gear: USCG-approved life jackets (mandatory).
Restrictions
⚠️Rescue Fee: A mandatory fee of $50.00 (minimum) will be charged if a rescue or towing service is required due to the participant ignoring safety boundaries, designated navigation zones, or wind-related negligence.
Mandatory Life Jacket: Must be worn at all times, regardless of swimming ability.
Safe Zones Only: You must stay within the designated areas explained during your briefing.
Weather Policy: Rentals are subject to wind conditions; we reserve the right to reschedule for your safety.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel or request a reschedule at least 24 hours before your rental time to receive a full refund.
nCancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
nNo-Shows: If you do not arrive for your rental, the booking is forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.
nWeather & Cancellation Authority
nCompany Discretion: The company reserves the exclusive right to determine if weather conditions are safe for the activity.
Rain Policy: Tours and rentals are not cancelled for light rain or passing tropical showers. Cancellations are only made by the company in the event of extreme or dangerous conditions (such as lightning or high winds).
nNo Self-Cancellations: If a customer decides not to show up because it is raining, but the company has declared the activity "operational," it will be treated as a No-Show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
nOfficial Cancellations: Only if the company officially cancels the activity due to weather will a full refund or a reschedule be issued.
