What to Expect
Work in teams to find hidden clues using a GPS!
Geocaching is a high-tech scavenger hunt using handheld Global Position System (GPS) units. You will work in teams to search for hidden "caches" that give you facts and clues that will help you discover a local green space in a new and exciting way. No previous geocaching experience is necessary. Booking fee includes the rental of GPS units.
Note on tax exemption: By default, all youth group outings are tax-exempt at check out, since a majority of our youth groups are schools, camps, or non-profits. If your group is NOT a tax-exempt organization, tax will be applied after your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event and will be refunded in the form of a gift card that can be used for future bookings. Requests within 14 days of the event date or no-shows will be responsible for paying the entire contracted amount. If fewer guests show than you’ve paid for, we are not able to reduce the remaining balance, as we’ve added staff to accommodate the original booking.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: Venture Outdoors outings are weather dependent. We run programs rain or shine (but take safety precautions if storms are present). Venture Outdoors reserves the right to postpone a trip due to adverse or inclement weather or environmental conditions. If weather or environmental conditions require Venture Outdoors to make a postponement of the associated event, a rescheduled date will be provided. If unable to reschedule, the remaining balance will be refunded or credited towards a future outing.
