Tiny Table Cooking Class

Join us on Wednesday, October 28th for a hands-on cooking class led by long-time tour guide Alessandra Bonafide.

Before joining TTT, Alessandra trained in Italy, went to culinary school, and worked in the Food Network test kitchen, later teaching cooking classes of her own. She's fluent in Italian, and has a strong command of technique. If you’ve ever been on a tour with Alessandra, you know she’s incredibly fun to be around, while also being passionate about food and culinary history.

We’ll greet you with a welcome snack, then you’ll spend the evening learning to make pasta by hand, using tools and ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Once we’ve made the pasta, we’ll sit down for a family-style dinner with the pasta we’ve just made, plus salad, seasonal sides, and dessert. Maddy (TTT's owner/operator) will also be there, pouring wine and co-hosting the evening.
