Cancellation Policy

- Full refunds are offered with a 8-day notice. No refund is offered with a notice of 7-days or less. n
- We reserve the right to cancel and reschedule any cruise at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. n
- Inclement weather may occur, and a "captain's call" will be made if conditions appear too hazardous. Cruises canceled by us due to weather will be rescheduled for another day - refunds are not issued for weather cancellations. Gift cards, to be used at any time, can be issued as an alternative. n
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the cruise. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. n
- Delays for arrival cut into trip time and are not refunded. n
- Sea Philly follows all USCG and Federal laws. No Federally illegal substances are permitted. n
- The captain has full discretion to terminate a trip at any time they feel the safety of passengers has become a concern. The Captain reserves the right to end the trip with no refund if someone becomes too intoxicated or if illegal substances are found. n
