Cancellations/Reschedules for Rage or Splatter packages

Please remember that if you need to cancel or reschedule the activity, you can email [email protected]. There is a $15 rescheduling fee regardless of when the inital date was scheduled for. Any requests made after the inital date will still be asked to pay the $15 rescheduling fee. Customers have up to 30 days to decide on a new date and time and can move their reservation as far out as needed. If a new date and time are not chosen within the given time frame, the customer will have forfeited the initial reservation and a new one must be made.

Cancellations done 3 days before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund. Anything less than the given time frame will only be given a 60% refund. This also goes for any cancellations made after a rescheduling request.

Customers that do not give a courtesy call or do not show up for their scheduled session will not be refunded. Any requests to reschedule after the scheduled session will be charged a $15 fee.

Reschedule requests cannot be made once a session has already been canceled and refunded.

Car Smashes

All car smash sales are final and will not be eligible for a refund. Customers may reschedule their session as a courtesy at least 1-3 days before their scheduled session. The updated date and time must be given via email. If customers need to reschedule the day of the scheduled session or after the original date, the customer will be charged a $150 rescheduling fee.

Lateness: All sessions start on the hour. Any 30 minute or hour ranges are for scheduling purposes only and not a definitive timeframe for arrival (e.g. If the start time is 5pm, the arrival window is between 5pm-5:15pm). We offer a 15 minute grace period. We only ask that any calls or emails for lateness be made to us in advance.
