What to Expect
Join us for a fun filled pizza making experience!
PLEASE NOTE: This experience is for restaurant owners and workers employed in Old City - please see our other offerings if you are not in the industry.
Arrive hungry! Guests will be greeted with an appetizer and complimentary drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages will be served.
The chef will guide you through the process of making your own pizza dough to take and proof at home.
Working with a fully proofed dough, guests will learn how to stretch and shape the dough, and will be given a variety of toppings to create your own pizza to enjoy during the class.
Includes
Pizza dough (to make and take home, and proofed dough for use during the class).
Sauces, and a variety of cheeses and toppings will be provided.
