Cancellation Policy

The Falconry Experience is an outdoor activity and we are entirely dependent on the weather. While every effort is made to avoid cancelling a Falconry Experience as much as possible, extreme temperatures, rain and high winds will make it impossible to fly our birds.

If inclement weather is in the forecast, we will contact you the day before your Falconry Experience to keep you updated. Please note that we do not issue a refund for a weather cancellation. Instead, you will receive a Gift Card that you will use to reschedule your session to a later date.
