What to Expect

Tokens are a form of “zoo currency” that can be used around the zoo for different activities, crafts, interactive exhibits and experiences, and grain machines to feed certain animals (note: tokens cannot be used for giraffe feeding).

Tokens are non-refundable, but never expire.

YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TOKENS UPON CHECK-IN AT THE ZOO.

NOTE: During Winter Hours (Nov. 1 to March 31), most activities and crafts are not available. Typically, the tokens can only be used for purchasing grain for feeding the barnyard animals.
