What to Expect

Group tickets include general admission to the Zoo at discounted prices.

In-Season Rates (April 1 - Nov 1)
- 15-99: $13/tickets
- 100+: $12/ticket

Winter Hours (Nov 2 - March 31)
- 15-99: $10/tickets
- 100+: $9/ticket

  • Animal Feedings: Check with our staff when the next animal feeding is or schedule your own unique experience. You can also pre-purchase Giraffe Feeding Tickets & Goat Grain, based on availability, to give your guests an unforgettable experience.

  • Animal Kingdom Presentations: Give your group an up-close encounter with Zoo educational animals. Learn about their adaptations, behaviors, and the differences between species.

  • Catering/Food Vouchers: Let us cater your group’s next visit! Or, perhaps you prefer to provide your group members with a voucher for a Combo Meal at Cockatoo Café or a cup of Mini Melts premium ice cream.

  • Conservation Pins: Donate directly to our conservation efforts while identifing your group from the crowd with our annual Conservation Pins. Each pins is a $4 donation.

  • Facility Rentals: Rent our Pavilion, Dining Deck, or Bison Auditorium for your group and enjoy a home base on your next visit.

  • Guided Nature Trail Hikes: Discover animal habitats and homes, different species of trees and plants, and more on one of our guided hikes! Learn about the adaptations, habitats and behaviors of our resident Zoo animals on a professionally-guided Zoo tour with one of our education staff!

  • Zoo Tours: Visitors and students will learn about the adaptations, habitats, behaviors, and conservation statuses of resident Lehigh Valley Zoo animals on a professionally-guided one-hour tour with an education staff member.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets are non-refundable. In the event of group cancellation, The actual event date may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of scheduled date/time or you may request credit for the full value of ticket purchase for future use for up to 12 months from the initial booking date. To exchange, contact the Zoo by phone (610-799-4171) or by email ([email protected]). Groups will only be eligible for a full refund in the case of a Zoo closure due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. All ticket credit or rescheduling options are for Zoo daytime general admission only (excludes special events and Winter Light Spectacular).
