What to Expect
- Tours last approximately one hour and thirty minutes, and include a visit to the General Store and School Room exhibits, the Carriage Museum; c.1805 Garrett House, Book Bindery and Bank Barn.
-Your ticket is only valid for the date purchased.

Because of the historic nature of the property, there is limited wheelchair accessibility in some of the buildings and some difficult terrain.

Historic Sugartown is open for guided tours on Saturdays from 11am to 4pm and on Sundays from 1pm to 4pm, May through November. The last tour begins at 3pm. Tickets can be purchased online or on site.
Please arrive approximately ten minutes prior to your scheduled tour time!
If you find the ticketing system won't let you purchase more than a certain number of tickets, that means the other spots have already sold.

- Out of respect for all our visitors and staff, please arrive on time. Because tours are timed and limited in number, we are unable to accommodate ticket holders who arrive late for their tour. Ticket holders are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes before their scheduled tour time. n
- If you are unable to make your scheduled tour time, you must contact Historic Sugartown 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour to arrange to have it switched to another date or time. n
- If you purchase tickets within 24 hours of your tour, we are unable to accommodate any changes. n
- Refunds will not be issued for visitors who do not show for their scheduled tour without any notice. n

- Tours are offered rain or shine, please dress accordingly n
- If Historic Sugartown cancels a tour due to weather conditions, ticket holders are entitled to the option of a full refund of their purchase price or a rescheduled tour date within 1 year of the canceled date. n
- If the ticketholder decides not to attend due to weather conditions when the tour is still being held, they are not entitled to a refund or a rescheduled tour. n
