What to Expect

Night(mare) Before Halloween Investigation delivers a full October experience inside Historic Haunted Hill View Manor. Guests starting at 9:00 PM will begin with the Zombie Night Tour (9PM is the only time that includes the Zombie Night Tour), a one-hour jump scare walkthrough that blends history with high-energy thrills.

After the tour, the building opens for self-guided paranormal investigation. Explore at your own pace and experience one of the region's most active haunted locations.

If you prefer to arrive later or skip the tour, a 10pm–12am, 10pm–3am, or 12:00 AM–3:00 AM investigation-only ticket is available. These guests will enter directly into open investigation time with no guided tour included.

9:00 PM tickets include a one-hour Zombie Night Tour and investigation time until 12:00 AM or 3:00 AM
Tickets after 10pm include investigation access only with no tour

Your evening includes the opportunity to receive:
Raw photos taken during your tour and/or investigation
Unedited video of investigations (no video of tours)
Raw audio recordings of investigations (no audio of tours, classes, or special events)

To keep the integrity of the investigation intact:
Lewd behavior or inappropriate language is not allowed
Only paranormal-focused subject matter may be recorded
Tours may not be recorded (audio or video)
Classes, speakers, and special events may not be recorded
No editing or posting of investigation footage to public platforms (social media, websites, etc.)
Live streaming is strictly prohibited
