Tracks & Yaks Railbike Tour
Rail bikes* are a fun & unique activity. Pedal alongside the Great Allegheny Passage hiking and biking trail along the mountain ridge. Rail biking is not physically strenuous, so you can appreciate the spectacular mountain views and railroad history as you coast along our 10-mile ride.
Bring your camera, water, sunscreen, sunglasses, closed-toe shoes, and appropriate clothing for the day’s weather. You may bring a small backpack on the ride & keep it close by.
Cost/Inclusions: The cost for this one-day trip is $140 and includes round-trip motorcoach transportation for the trip, shopping/lunch on your own on Main Street in Frostburg, railbike group rental, light snacks & bottled water, prizes & driver tip.
*There is a required waiver that will be sent via email prior to the trip. This waiver will be required by Tracks & Yaks and must be signed in order to participate. If you are unable to sign a digital copy by email, you may sign a paper copy on the day of the trip. Also, they typically run rain or shine.
In the event that there is extreme weather, they reserve the right to cancel the tour or delay until the weather event passes through. Safety is the top priority, they will not run a tour in downpours or thunderstorms. Refunds would be issued in this event, for the railbikes only. They have ponchos available for sale in the depot and umbrellas are provided free of charge if needed.
There is a 300lb limit per seat.

*Cancellation policy – All money is fully refundable prior to 45 days before departure, unless otherwise noted. NO REFUNDS within the 45 days of the trip, unless a substitute is found for your reservation. Written notice of cancellation is required before any monies are refunded.
