About Steubenville Nutcracker Village:
The Steubenville Nutcracker Village is a collection of over 200 life-size nutcrackers hand carved by local artist Brodie Stutzman. Each nutcracker is uniquely designed for a business or individual in the community and is hand painted by Therese Fedoryka and a variety of local volunteer artists. The first nutcrackers were created in 2015 thanks to the vision of local business owner Mark Nelson (Nelson Fine Art & Gifts) & the collection has grown every year since! The Steubenville Nutcracker Village has been recognized as a top holiday attraction by the State of Ohio Tourism Department & is included on the annual Holiday Lights Trail, has been featured in PEOPLE Magazine, the Washington Times & on NBC's Today Show "Merriest Main Streets."
Irving Berlin’s White Christmas
Directed by Patrick Cannon at the Canon Theatre in downtown Canonsburg
This December, Little Lake is bringing one of our favorite holiday traditions into the heart of downtown Canonsburg. Irving Berlin’s White Christmas will take the stage at the beautifully restored Canon Theatre as Little Lake’s first mainstage production in our new role as Theatre-in-Residence.
Two showbiz buddies and a pair of singing sisters head to a Vermont inn for the holidays, bringing romance, laughter, spectacular dancing, and some of Irving Berlin’s most beloved music along with them.
It’s the White Christmas audiences love—on a bigger stage, in a remarkable new home, and right in the center of the community we’ve called home for generations.
Featuring “Blue Skies,” “Sisters,” “Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep,” and, of course, “White Christmas.”
