To control overcrowding, advanced ticketing for timed entry is highly recommended for all guests and members.

Timed Entry Sessions: Enter ANY TIME DURING YOUR DESIGNATED ENTRY SESSION and stay until you are finished playing!

10:00am -12:30pm
11:30am - 12:30pm (only available on select days)
12:30pm - 3:00pm
No Admission Past 3:00pm

We cannot guarantee admission without pre-purchase of tickets.

More Information

When purchasing tickets, be sure to INCLUDE ALL ADULTS & CHILDREN AGES 1+ in your party headcount.

Museum members must reserve tickets for the total number of adults and children in their party, but will not be charged unless membership headcount limitations are exceeded.

YOU MAY ENTER THE MUSEUM ANYTIME DURING THE DESIGNATED TIME on your ticket and you may stay until the museum closes or you are finished playing. The Museum closes at 4:00pm every day except Saturdays when it closes at 3:30pm. Please do not arrive outside your designated entry time.

Refunds can be issued up to 2 hours prior to the start of your booked entry time. Call 215-693-1290 or email [email protected] to request refund.

What to Bring?

Present your confirmation email or print out at the Front Desk upon arrival.

Interested in Membership?

We will take what you spent on admission off a membership! Just ask at the ticket booth before you leave. Some restrictions apply. Offer only good on day of your visit.

Can Service Dogs enter the museum?

The museum welcomes service animals that are properly trained to assist an individual with a disability in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). All service dogs must be on a leash, harness, or tether, and the museum reserves the right to ask a service dog to be taken out of the building if not under the proper control of the handler. "Emotional support animals”, “comfort animals”, “companion animals”, and “therapy animals” that are not individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability are not considered service animals under the ADA and are NOT ALLOWED in the museum.
