Purrrfect Harmony: A Cat Cafe Sound Bath
Advance reservations are required.
What to Expect
The calming sounds of a sound bath meet the soothing purrs of playful cats in this one-of-a-kind experience! Relax as vibrations from crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, ocean drums, and chimes wash over you, promoting deep relaxation.
Research shows the benefits of both sound baths and a cat’s purr (25–150 Hz), which can reduce stress, boost mood, and even support healing. Whether you're seeking stress relief, relaxation, or joy among feline friends, this event is the purrfect escape!
Sound baths can reduce stress and anxiety, promote deep relaxation, support emotional healing, and enhance creativity and mindfulness. Similarly, a cat’s purr can ease stress, promote physical healing, improve mood, and aid in better sleep.
Bring a yoga mat & eye mask and wear cat-hair-friendly clothes. Space is limited—reserve your spot now!
