Punctuality: We arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a timely start. Choose a pickup location within 50 miles of Carlton; Portland pickups are available for businesses and corporate events.
Ambiance: Enjoy a comfortable environment with customizable music via our Bluetooth system.
Hydration: Complimentary water is provided to keep you refreshed between stops.
A minimum booking of 4 hours is required. A 20% gratuity is added to all services, directly benefiting our dedicated drivers.

All bookings are confirmed upon payment.
nCancellations made at least 5 days before the tour will be refunded or may be rebooked for a future date (validation period to be determined).
nCancellations within 5 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
nNW Wine Shuttle reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or winery closures. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
