What to Expect
Embark on a personalized journey through Oregon's Willamette Valley with NW Wine Shuttle's Private Wine Tours. Our team collaborates with you to design a seamless and memorable day, connecting you with the passionate individuals who craft the region's renowned wines.
Includes
Duration: Minimum of 6 hours, allowing ample time to explore three wineries.
Group Sizes: Accommodating groups from 1 to 14 guests, perfect for intimate gatherings or larger celebrations.
Concierge Services: For groups up to 8, we handle itinerary planning and winery reservations. For larger groups, we handle the itinerary planning and will assist with winery reservations, guests may have to call wineries to finalize reservations and deposits.
Start & End Times: Itineraries typically begin at 10:30 AM and end at 4:30 PM, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable day in wine country. If you are coming for Portland, add an hour to the beginning and end times.

All bookings are confirmed upon payment.
nCancellations made at least 5 days before the tour will be refunded or may be rebooked for a future date (validation period to be determined).
nCancellations within 5 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
nNW Wine Shuttle reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or winery closures. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
