What to Expect
Our Date Night French Class is by far one of our most popular menus at Cookin' Class. People love learning how to make Coq au Vin and the Gruyere Gougeres from scratch. We realized that both dishes use pretty heavy amounts of gluten and that someone suffering from gluten intolerance may be missing out on a very delicious meal. So, we got to work coming up with a gluten free gougere (kind of like a savory cream puff) and I have to say, they turned out amazing.
