  • $90.00/per hour (vehicle capacity 6)
  • $105.00/per hour (vehicle capacity 7)
  • $125.00/per hour (vehicle capacity 14)

  • 4 hour minimum, Sunday through Thursday
  • 5 hour minimum, Friday through Sunday
  • 6 hour minimum, Holiday Weekends
  • 14 people Maximum

  • All tasting appointments made by guests

  • Credit card number to secure your wine tour date(s) for all tours.

  • $100.00 deposit is charged at the time of booking and is refundable if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your tour date

  • If cancellation is made within 14 days of your tour date the $100.00 deposit will not be refunded

  • Additionally if any cancellation is made within 48 hours of your tour date you will be charged and additional $150.00 late cancellation fee

  • Remaining tour balances will be collected the day of the tour in person. Credit card on file, a different credit card, or cash are acceptable payment options on the day of the tour

  • If wine tour booking is made within 2 days (48 hours) before the tour date, the card on file will be charged a $200.00 non-refundable deposit the same day of the booking date

Cancellation Policy

Cellar Door Wine Tours requires a credit card on file and a $50.00 deposit at the time of booking for all wine tours, hourly driving services and custom driving services. Deposits become non-refundable one week (7 days) before the scheduled hourly driving service date(s). If booking is made within 7 days of the hourly driving service date(s) the deposit is automatically non-refundable

Additionally, if any cancellation is made within 48 hours of your tour date, you will be charged an additional $150.00 late cancellation fee.

On the day of the Hourly Driving Service, remaining balances will be collected in person. Credit card on file, a different credit card, or cash are acceptable payment options on the day of the tour.

If a wine tour booking is made within 2 days (48 hours) of the tour date, the card on file will be charged a $200.00 non-refundable deposit the same day of the booking date.
