Cancellation & Refund Policy
nBy submitting payment and booking a ride, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following policy:
Refunds are only issued in the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We do not provide refunds for missed rides or late arrivals. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
nIf you are not present at the time of your reservation, you will forfeit your ride and no refund will be issued. We cannot make other guests wait or shorten their riding experience due to late arrivals.
nBecause each horse is reserved and prepared specifically for you, no refunds will be given if you arrive late or are unable to attend. This also prevents others from booking and enjoying the ride.
nInclement weather includes rain, storms, high winds, freezing temperatures, or heat advisories that may create unsafe riding conditions.
n⚠️ TRAIL RIDE POLICY ⚠️

n are “walk and talk” rides only. Trotting, running, racing, or attempting to make your horse go faster is strictly prohibited. Riders must follow all trail guide instructions at all times.
Any guest who trots or runs their horse, or refuses to follow guide instructions, may have their ride immediately ended and will be required to walk their horse back to the barn. No refunds will be issued for removal due to unsafe behavior.
nThese rules are for the safety of our guests, guides, and horses.
