Yoga & Kayaking Down the Cuyahoga

Start your Sunday morning grounded in nature with a unique blend of movement, adventure, and connection. This experience combines a peaceful paddle down the Cuyahoga River with an all-levels yoga flow to leave you feeling refreshed, strong, and fully alive.

We’ll begin at Valley View with a short mobility session to wake up the body before launching into a scenic 2-mile kayak journey through the valley. After our paddle, we’ll transition into a nourishing yoga practice to stretch, strengthen, and settle into the calm of the outdoors.

Limited spots available

Whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, this is your invitation to slow down, move your body, and soak in the beauty of summer in the valley.

Reservations Without Trip Protection:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours but at least 3 hours before departure will receive a gift card for the full amount (no expiration date).

  • No-shows or cancellations less than 3 hours before departure will not receive a refund or gift card.

Reservations with Trip Protection:

  • Cancel or reschedule for any reason up to 3 hours before departure and receive a full refund (minus the cost of Trip Protection and processing fees).

  • No additional fees for rescheduling.

  • No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows.

Minimum Participant Policy

Our Yoga & Kayak adventures require a minimum of 4 participants to take place. In the event that this minimum is not met:

Rescheduling: We will contact you at least 48 hours prior to the event to offer a reschedule to another available date that fits your schedule.

Refunds: If none of the alternative dates work for you, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.
