Turn up the flavor for date night with Maria Carpenter-Ostos of Maria’s! Your evening begins with an appetizer waiting for you upon arrival before you and your date head into the kitchen for a hands-on lesson in one of Mexico’s most crave-worthy dishes - quesabirria tacos.
Maria will guide you through preparing tender, richly seasoned birria and transforming it into crispy, cheesy quesabirria tacos, served with flavorful consommé for dipping. Along the way, she’ll share her techniques, tips, and the traditions behind the dishes. Sit down together to enjoy your tacos with rice and beans for a complete meal.
Finish the evening with Maria’s house-prepared tres leches cake - a sweet and creamy ending to a fun night of cooking, eating, and experiencing the flavors of Mexico together.
