Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations require 48 hours notice for a full refund
  • To reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours notice
    For the safety of all parties involved, if any participant is slow/scared, is holding up the tour, and does not reach our halfway point by the hour mark, it is policy to lower said participant to the ground and NOT proceed with the tour. Refunds are not issued for slow/scared participants. For your safety, we will cancel & reschedule tours if weather is bad.
