About
You can choose from 1 or 2 hours for your trip. Many people ask if you can paddle the entire pond in an hour and the answer is yes, though you have to paddle at a steady pace. Each trip includes paddles and PFD. Any person 13 and under is required to wear a PFD at all times. All boats require a PFD at all times. We want everyone to be safe and enjoy their time on the river. You are responsible to return all items in original condition. There will be a fee for late returns, lost paddles, damaged PFD'sand damaged boats caused by misuse.
Please be prompt as the trips are booked by the hour
If you are more than the 10 minutes grace period late returning you will be charged for an additional hour
There are no refunds for returning early, we book up in the summer months, use your
time to enjoy the Millpond, Wake County has put in a lot of effort to maintain its beauty and nature.
We do allow walk-ups if there is availability
Single Kayaks
Ages 5+ WEIGHT LIMIT CAPACITY: 300 lbs We also use Jackson kayaks, very wide and heavy for more stability.
Tandem Kayaks
Ages 5+ WEIGHT LIMIT CAPACITY: 450 lbs We also use Jackson kayaks, very wide and heavy for more stability.
