Cancellation Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Less than 24hrs of notice and no-shows may be charged full price without exception. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Rescheduling Rules and Fees
Guests who reschedule with less than 24hrs notice are subject to a $10 per person rescheduling fee. All fees and open balances must be paid at the time of rescheduling.
Guests who reschedule with less then 24hrs notice are no longer eligible to be refunded on the rescheduled trip for any reason-including, but not limited to, weather cancellations.
