Restrictions

  • Maximum of two occupants: one driver and one passenger.
  • Only drivers listed and approved on the rental agreement may operate the Slingshot.
  • No gravel roads, dirt roads, or off-road use.
  • Drivers may not operate the vehicle while impaired.
  • Drivers are responsible for parking fees, tolls, traffic violations, and damage caused by prohibited use.
  • Helmets are required when operating in Tennessee or Georgia.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup time and no-shows are nonrefundable. However, customers who contact Scenic Tours & Adventures may be eligible to receive a gift certificate at management’s discretion. Gift certificates are valid for three years from the original booking date.
