UTV/Side-by-Side units and the seats in the Safari Jeep are exclusively reserved for you and your family; therefore, we do not offer refunds. However, we offer the option to reschedule if in advance or receive a gift certificate. Gift Certificates expire after 3 years, but are fully transferable for your convenience. Refunds ONLY will only be processed if our adventure tour guides have to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, excluding basic rain or snow but specifically referring to excessive winds, flooding, and other warnings in our area.

Please note the importance of timely arrival; be 30 minutes early for necessary paperwork and operating instructions at 2961 Soco Road, Maggie Valley, NC 28751. We strictly adhere to schedules and cannot accommodate late arrivals.
