nWE HAVE A STRICT 24 hr cancellation policy for our Rydables tour for any tour scheduled on Monday - Thursday. IF you have a tour booked for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, there is a 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY. At the discretion of our company, we might provide guests with gift codes (that don't expire) for guests who have extenuating circumstances and need to cancel within the no refund window. The gift codes do not expire.
nNOTE! WE CANNOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR GUESTS WHO ARRIVE LATE. ARRIVING ON TIME FOR your tour is VERY NECESSARY, as others are mostly likely also booked for the same tour time. IF YOUR TOUR HAS ALREADY LEFT, we MIGHT be able to rebook you to another time or another day.
