Learn about the wine-making process, the facility, and wines during the experience. A private wine tour typically consists of a small, intimate group of 24 or fewer that includes wine tastings, cheese pairings, a guided tour, and surprises! Our guides may let you sneak a peek - or a taste - of the new, unreleased wine, or maybe you will catch an impromptu glimpse of the wine-making process. All you need is an appreciation for wine; we will provide everything else!
About Old Barn Winery
The Old Barn Winery is a family dream: creating a vineyard and winery in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. Our farming roots run four generations deep in these beautiful mountains, and we always envisioned our Christmas trees and vines growing together in perfect harmony. Every bottle is filled with the same love, passion, and commitment our family has poured into our farms since 1960.
What to Bring
Please provide an acceptable ID to verify age (21 years of age) upon check-in at the time of the tour. The cellar stays at a very cool temperature, so bring a jacket or a sweater for that part of the tour.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
