The Badass Women of Old Wilmington - Private Tour

Meet the fierce, fearless, and unforgettable women who shaped Wilmington’s colorful history on this 90-minute walking tour of the Historic District. An engaging local storyteller brings the past to life with inspiring, heartbreaking, outrageous, and funny true stories about rebels, revolutionaries, spies, troublemakers, and champions. This far-from-traditional history experience focuses on personality and narrative rather than lists of names and dates. Our goal is to create a vivid, memorable look at these remarkable women who helped shape local and national history.
