What to Expect

Paddle the Catawba River in a double kayak while taking in the natural scenery and historic remains of the Tuckaseege Ford textile mill. Rentals are available by the hour, as a 2-hour, half day (4-hour) option, with all craft required to be returned by 6pm. Life jackets and paddles are provided so you can focus on exploring river channels, shoreline features and the area’s Civil War–era stone foundations.
