Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this 24-hour window will be non-refundable. Same-day bookings are also final sales and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, arriving later than the scheduled departure time, not having a valid government-issued photo ID in your possession, no-shows, personal mishaps, and personal emergencies.
