Cancellation Policy
We will attempt to accommodate any schedule changes within reason. If you have to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
nWEATHER AND RAIN DATES: Because the field trip is held entirely outside, it is not practical to offer it when it is raining, snowing, or during extreme heat or cold. When confirming your booking, we will also set up an alternate rain date. If we need to move to the rain date, we will give you at least 48 hours notice. Rain dates should be scheduled at least two weeks after the original field trip date in order to make arrangements for transportation, permission slips, etc.
nCANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING: If your class needs to cancel or reschedule your field trip due to a foreseeable circumstance, we ask for at least 14 days advance notice. This notice allows us give sufficient notice to our educators, and gives other schools the opportunity to potentially take that time slot. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so if you have to cancel last minute, please just inform us as soon as you can, and we will do our best to reschedule you to a future date. Due to the high volume of demand, and the limited number of slots available, we cannot guarantee that last-minute cancellations will be rescheduled in the same school year.
