New York's Largest Indoor Waterpark!

The Kartrite Splash Pass grants full-day access to New York’s largest indoor waterpark, spanning 80,000 square feet of rides, slides and splash zones for an energetic day-cation. Tickets are delivered instantly with online purchase and redeemed at the waterpark entrance for quick entry. Seasonal family and half-day pack options provide value for groups, while hotel guests receive splash access on check-in and check-out days. The park recommends water shoes and offers retail towels for purchase outside the waterpark.

Restrictions

  • Day passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No outside food or beverages
  • No glass
  • No smoking
  • No balloons allowed in the waterpark or cabanas.
  • Towels will no longer be available at the towel desk for day splash holders as of 6/5/24.
  • Daily Safety Break: Starting October 23rd, Kartrite Island and Empire Bay River will be temporarily closed daily from 2:00–3:15 PM for a scheduled safety break.

Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
