nAt Rum Barge Adventures, we operate with limited capacity as a USCG Inspected vessel. To ensure all guests have the opportunity to join us, we maintain a strict booking policy.
24-Hour Grace Period: You may cancel or reschedule your booking for a full refund within 24 hours of the time the booking was made.
nNo Refunds After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window from your initial booking has passed, all reservations are final and non-refundable. This includes "no-shows" or guests who arrive after the vessel has departed the dock.
nWeather & Safety Cancellations: As a professional maritime operation, your safety is our primary concern. If Rum Barge Adventures must cancel a trip due to unsafe weather (lightning, high winds, or heavy rain) or mechanical issues, you will be offered rescheduled date, regardless of when you booked.
nArrival Policy: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your mandatory safety briefing. Our vessels depart exactly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals that miss the departure will not be eligible for a credit.
