What to Expect
Join us for a spring inspired tasting class as we sip beautiful, full-bloom floral teas alongside chocolate pairings! In this class, we like to slow down and be mindful of the practice of brewing tea and tasting chocolate. These caffeine-free floral teas are brewed with intention and sourced from our friends at The Qi. As we learn how to taste them alongside our single-origin dark chocolates, we'll note the benefits of each.
You'll learn about key flavor profiles of floral teas, how to maximize the sensory experience of chocolate and teas, and how to interpret aromas, textures and flavors. We'll serve some complimentary tea treats to round out the class.
