Coffee Cupping & Chocolate Pairing Class Feat. Local Coffee Roasters

In this class, we start the weekend off with a deliciously stimulating hour of chocolate, coffee, and conversation. This class is perfect for individuals and groups alike. One of Raaka's educators will lead students through a blind tasting of chocolates and locally-roasted coffees. Students learn how about origins, how to cup coffee like the pros (kettles and timers included!), and how to build flavors via pairing. We'll use flavor wheels and tasting sheets to ground our exploration of flavor. Students learn how to interpret aromas, textures and flavors in both coffee and chocolate. This class includes bagels served with vegan cream cheese. Come learn about how our bean-to-bar single-origin chocolates make the perfect and unexpected companion to a rotating selection of single-origin coffees.
