Ticket Purchasing
- Online tickets are highly recommended! This allows you to avoid ticketing lines and get right in the wait for the balloon.
- "Beat the Line" gives you fast pass access right to the front of the ride line!
- If the balloon is not flying due to weather, customers will be able to use their ticket within one year of purchase.
Includes
Free souvenir photo for all riders (does not include tour bookings).
Restrictions
We have considerable safety equipment including netting and handrails with a ride that is as smooth as riding an elevator.
Many people have commented that though they often have a fear of heights they had zero problems riding the Balloon, enjoyed it, and would encourage others who may normally get nervous with being high in the air.
Despite our safe, secure gondola and gentle ride, people who have severe acrophobia may be better staying on the ground.
