What to Expect
Get ready for a spirited adventure! Learn about the rich, rebellious history of whiskey and its role in shaping America while enjoying a taste of our signature moonshine. We will walk you through the science and skill behind mashing, fermentation, and pot distillation, and give a behind-the-scenes look at how Kings County Distillery became NYC’s oldest distillery since Prohibition. Next, step into our barrel room and breathe in the angel’s share as you uncover how oak transforms clear spirit into rich, flavorful whiskey. Wrap it all up with a guided tasting featuring five of our signature whiskeys, including one of our harder-to-find gems. Duration is approximately 75 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
We are happy to work with you to reschedule your experience at the optimal time for you and your guests. Once booked, tours are non-refundable. They can be rescheduled for another time or credited to a friend or family member if the cancellation notice is given 48 hours in advance.
Should you need to reschedule, please do so by replying to this email. The tours office is difficult to reach by phone, especially on the weekends when all available staff are leading tours.
