What to Expect
Enjoy a sampling of curated alcoholic ciders provided by local Hudson Valley farm, Rose Hill. As you cruise out onto our local waterways, cider will be poured and discussed by a representative from Rose Hill. Each week, a different selection of ciders and / or wines will be provided:
- October 1st - Cider Made From Crab Apples
- October 8th - Single Varietal Ciders (one non-alcoholic option provided on 10/8)
- October 15th - A Guide to Bubbles (Ancestral vs Traditional Method)
- October 22nd - Fruit Wine & Co-Ferments
- October 29th - Stand Still! (Still Wines)
