nSame day bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, as well as no-shows, will incur 100% of tour charges. Please contact Manhattan Helicopters at least 24 hours in advance, and we will reschedule your tour at no additional cost. Late arrivals will be addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on seating and aircraft availability. Reservations made at the heliport the day of the tour forfeit the right to cancel after payment has been made. Passengers weighing 250 lbs. (113 kg) or more are required to purchase an additional seat. The maximum weight per passenger is 300 lbs. (136 kg).
nThe scheduled duration of tours varies based on flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions. Manhattan Helicopters reserves the right to amend flight paths for safety without giving notice to passengers. Flight routes will be altered during Yankee home games to avoid restricted airspace. All passengers must pass through a metal detector security screening and present a valid government-issued ID for security purposes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Manhattan Helicopters reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers or upgrade passengers at any time. Manhattan Helicopters reserves the right to alter or terminate any flights due to any circumstance including weather, security, maintenance, emergencies, aircraft availability, or acts of God.
