Ithaca Community Wine Course: The Alpine Influenced Wines of Northern Italy

Join sommelier Laura Winter Falk for a 2-hour tasting focused on the alpine-influenced wines of northern Italy. You’ll sample a flight of six sommelier-selected wines from multigenerational family producers, learn regional history and indigenous grape varieties, and explore structural and aromatic elements that define these styles. The class includes regional treats brought from Italy and a food pairing component featuring a sommelier-selected dish available from La Tourelle’s menu (paid separately). Offered Wednesdays throughout September with slight weekly variation in wines.
