What to Expect
At CREA’s afterschool program kids spend two exciting hours moving, creating, and building in a sensory rich environment.
The first part of the session focuses on structured, imagination-driven active play in our interactive zones that feature wall-sized motion-controlled games, a glowing cube puzzle, a rotating rock wall, a bouncy physio-ball pool, and calming meditation corner.
In the second part of the session, we shift into the STEAM Discovery Lab, where we collaborate in teams to address real- world environmental issues, tackling hands-on projects through simple coding, animation, circuits, art, and design challenges. Environmental themes change every two weeks.
A key highlight of the program is child-directed play, where kids have the freedom to explore their curiosity through storytelling, role-play, and creative challenges. This approach helps build confidence and critical thinking skills, while also strengthening teamwork.

We’ve got it all covered, from laptops and tablets to crafting supplies and maker tools. Our interactive STEAM tech space is fully stocked with everything kids need to dive into coding, animation, design, and hands-on experiments. Campers just bring their curiosity—we provide the rest.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! To cancel or reschedule your child’s spot on any day he/she is registered we ask:
Advance notice: Please notify us at least 1 day before the session to receive a credit
No-shows: If your child does not attend without notice, the full session fee will apply. If your child wants to withdraw from the entire session, we can apply the remaining balance towards a credit to any one of our other offerings (camps, birthday parties, drop-ins) to the child or any other member of the household. Withdrawals must be done within the first 2 sessions.
We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us manage staffing and resources and ensures all children have a great experience! We offer 1 make- up class per season when available.
