Sailing Classroom
The centerpiece of Clearwater’s educational offerings is the Sailing Classroom program. The deck of a traditional sailing ship is a uniquely powerful platform for students to learn about the river’s natural wonders and cultural significance. For many, this unique perspective of the Hudson River and environmental education forges a lifetime connection with nature. Each sail can accommodate up to 45 participants, including adults and chaperones. Minimum age is 8 years old.

Private Charters
Sails on the Clearwater are available for private parties including weddings, birthdays, and other gatherings. Our Hudson River charter sails can be customized to help you create a special event that energizes and re-connects your group while providing your participants with an unforgettable, hands-on experience of the Hudson River. Each sail can accommodate up to 45 guests.

Corporate Charters
Sailing aboard the Clearwater offers corporate partners a unique way to experience the Hudson River, spend time with your team or clients, and support our mission. Our base corporate charter package includes a 2-3 hour sail departing from the Hudson Valley or NYC with space for up to 45 guests.

Dockside Events
Invite the sloop to dock at your event for ambience, deck tours, or as a stage. Dock must meet depth, tides, and specific layout requirements. We can recommend docks between Albany and NYC.
