Cancellation Policy
Refunds are issued 48 hours prior to your scheduled run. We will issue a refund within 48 hours only in the event of an emergency or due to inclement weather. In case of bad weather we will try to reschedule your run for another day if possible with your schedule. If we are unable to do so then we will refund you.
nAll cancellations with 48 hours of your scheduled will receive a raincheck for a future tour which can be schedule on the same trip or a future visit. It can also be transferred to a tour in another on of our cities.
