nWe cruise rain or shine. No refunds will be issued. Reminders are sent one week, 72 hours and 24 hours prior to cruise time. Reservations are transferable or refundable {to a same season gift card} up to 72 hours prior to the cruise departure time. Cancellations requested past the 72-hour mark are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cruise Coverage claims require a time stamped email/text/voicemail no less than 24 hours prior to cruise departure time.
nTickets are available for pick up at our dockside ticket office, located at 329 Erie Street - 14202, one (1) hour prior to departure time. Boarding typically begins about 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time and seating is first come, first served. The vessel will not and cannot wait for passengers that are not checked in at scheduled departure time, schedule accordingly. If the gangway is already up when you arrive you will not be permitted to board. No Refunds will be issued.
